At Tabula Rasa, we strive to provide the absolute healthiest plants possible. Each plant is inspected for health, vigor, and any signs of disease or pests before shipping. As such, once the plant has arrived in good health to the new home, we cannot provide any refunds or returns from there on. If any plant is damaged upon arrival, please let us know and we will work to ensure the problem is corrected.

Because we offer a large variety of both exotic plants and custom living art, we cannot yet provide detailed care instructions for every species and piece we offer. We very strongly encourage all new plant parents to do their own research before and after purchasing any new plants to ensure they thrive for you. General care information for mst of our products can be found under the ‘Journal’ section at the top, so before messaging us please make sure to read through the information there. We are however one message, call, or email away- and are happy to answer any questions you may have that are not answered in the journal section.

Of course! There are thousands and thousands of different species and cultivars of exotic plants- we try our best to have a good variety, but if there is something you have been looking for and don’t see it on the website, please message us and we will do our best to find it. We love recommendations on what new stock to bring in!

All in state (NC) sales will have the north carolina tax rate (6.75%) included at checkout. For sales to other states, the buyer will be responsible for their own tax reporting.
